I've booked my return online, but I've changed my mind. What should I do?

If you've decided not to return anything, no problem. We only process returns for what we receive. If you've asked for an exchange, but now want a refund please reach out to our customer service team. Unfortunately we cannot change a refund request to an exchange, so you're best to place a new order for the size you need in this case.

I've selected a Parcel Point location for my return but I want to return somewhere else...

No worries! You can use your Parcel Point label at any Parcel Point location.

I've created a Parcel Point label, but want to send the return with Australia Post...

Sorry, but we're not able to change the return carrier label once created.
