In order to keep improving and providing a great experience for our customers our website has undergone changes recently and for existing users there are a few things to be aware of...

Why can't I view my previous orders?

We have transferred existing accounts to our new website, and imported any orders placed under this account. If you cannot find a previous order you may have checked out as a guest which means the order is not stored online.

I'm missing an address I had stored in my account. What happened to it?

The previous version of our website did not include any address validation, so in order to make sure we have your address in the format our shipping carriers require we have removed any stored addresses from your account. We're sorry if that's slowed things down for you, but once your address is entered again it will be ready to go for your next order.

Why do I have to enter my credit card details again?

Credit cards saved to your account are encrypted to the highest of standards which means nobody besides you can view your full card details. That means we need you to enter any credit cards again if you would like them stored against your account for faster shopping.

Where did my favourites list go?

Unfortunately that was something we couldn't transfer over from our old website. Please check out the new Wish List function to store your favourite items and share them with family and friends.
