I ordered an electronic gift card, but the recipient never received it. What can I do?

In most cases Electronic gift cards are instantly emailed to your selected recipient as soon as your order has been placed. If the recipient has not received their gift card email please ensure they have checked their junk email folder as the email may have been directed there.

If you are still unable to locate your gift card email we can send the email again. Please get in touch with the customer service department and make sure you have checked the recipient email is correct as it may have been entered incorrectly the first time.
