I received an incorrect item or incorrect size, what do I do?

Our products are shipped to you as they are received from our suppliers, but there is always the possibility of an incorrect item being shipped. 

Incorrect Size in Clothing Received:

If you have purchased clothing, please ensure you check our size charts to make sure that brand isn't converting sizes differently to what you expected. If you had ordered a size 8 and your item is tagged as a 12 this is clearly an error though, so please use your free return to send the item back or contact customer service for a return label.

Incorrect Size in Footwear Received:

If you ordered footwear please check that you haven't ordered a unisex style as a Womens 7.5 may be the same as a Mens 6 in some brands. Footwear is generally sold in US sizing on site too, so check you weren't expecting a UK or EU size by mistake.

Incorrect product received:

If your item appears to be different from what was pictured on site this can be an error with the wrong product image being assigned. Keep in mind some items shot on our models may appear a slightly different colour under lights in comparison to the physical product received. In these cases we are happy to cover your return and assist you in receiving the correct product.
