How do I process a return?

All returns need to be processed online by following the steps below...

  1. Grab your order number and the email address you used when placing that order.
  2. Visit the Book a Return page and enter your details.
  3. Select the items you wish to return, then submit your return. Our returns team receive your requested return details once your return is scanned at our warehouse, so there's nothing else to include in the parcel.
  4. Print your return label (AU orders only) and return your goods through your selected return carrier.
  5. Wait for your email confirming your refund or exchange has been completed.
